Helpful, laid back, nice price!

We booked same day and showed up pretty late. Hotel was kind of hard to spot at night but there is a small hotel sign up front. Keep in mind as theres no service in punta allen!
The host David was on the beach and ready to help us. He also gave is the king bed room facing the beach. Hooked us up with wifi immediately.
Really amazing for a last minute booking! :)
Theres a bell to ring and there is always someone to help!
Note: the town of Punta Allen as a whole may not have power at various times during the day but this hotel does have a generator and storm windows to keep things cool.
I would recommend a few things.
Book with the hotel and you’ll get a local rate, when advertising with (expedia/air bnb/bookin) they have to pay a premium. I think this is true of many businesses.
Also if you book with expedia the payment is taken at the hotel not charged on card even though expedia takes your card details. It is in the fine print but also annoying expedia does that.
Pretty laid back spot!

This has got to be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. The owners are unbelievably nice, the grounds and rooms are well kept. It's right on the ocean and stunning.

A paradise in Punta Allen: great location, comfort and impeccable treatment

Everything was perfect in this accommodation! The hotel is on the beachfront, making it ideal for enjoying the sea.The rooms and bathroom are very spacious, and feature a small refrigerator. In addition, there are two super equipped kitchens in the common area, which is a great advantage, and tables, chairs and swings to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
A special mention to David, who stands out as a super friendly and attentive person. Their recommendations are key to making the most of Punta Allen’s paradise. It is certainly the soul of the hotel, and that is reflected in every corner of the place: everything is spotless, full of plants and surrounded by nature. An excellent place to relax and unwind!
