AN EXCELLENT HOTEL
It is far from the city and close to the jungle, it is very quiet but we really enjoyed the pool and our terrace with a private pool.

Fraud from A to Z, unfortunately supported by Booking.com.
The pictures are very far from reality, the pool was completely dirty, both the own small and the “large” pool of the complex. The tap water had a strong sulfur smell (typical of this district).
On the first day of our stay, there was no electricity and no water. The apartment was therefore completely uninhabitable. After we, in agreement with the owner and booking, had to leave the apartment immediately, the owner has offered to repay 50% of the rental price. After various delay maneuvers, when she got her money from Booking, she did not live up to her promise, so we unfortunately ended up sitting on the complete damage.

beautiful hotel
My room was on a high floor and the pool had a view of the jungle.
I loved everything from the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smoke called copal and the staff escorted me to my room in a very friendly manner.

the kuukum is a relic in tulum
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me get to the airport.
Bikes to rent at reception are a plus for going to the beach and the city center.
Taxis were very expensive and I didn't like that.
