Great hotel find in Tijuana
And I was a little nervous but the minute I stepped into the hotel I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was greeted warmly by the bellmen and front desk. Mind you it was 7:30 in the am and they allowed me to check into my room.
The room was quite large with a beautiful view of downtown. They had all the amenities you would expect at a five star hold. During my stay I ate at all if the three restaurants and the food and device was always excellent. I could not tell online that they had a Mexican, Italian, sushi and ramen, and a breakfast buffet as well as two bars. They also had a great spa and beauty salon.
The location was the best with everything including many restaurants close by. I had
A upsetting personal problem there and was starting to cry getting into the elevator, the general manager happened to be walking by and caught my eye. Turned around and came over and asked me if I was ok. That to me is true hospitality.
Two beautiful pools. If I went back I diffantly would up grade to the towers. They are a new addition and are stunning

Treadmills broken and very old.
You need new treadmills. You can buy 4 treadmills online that have been refurbished from Planet Fitness or other fitness centers.
Out of respect for your customers please get new treadmills ASAP!

The swiming pool had the bridge broken. My husband got a lot of fleas bites on her back, arms and legs, after sitting on the chairs around the swiming poo for long periods of timel, the ones looking towards the K towel.
The gym is kind of small and has only one yoga mat to use. I asked for two of those to have in the room, since my husband and I do yoga every morning, and we do not have enough space in the gym, but, the hotel doesnt have extra yoga mats.
The SPA is extremelly expensive. We went to another place for half of the price at Plaza City towel
