Stay Away! Cockroach! LOUD AC you won’t sleep and nasty bathrooms! Awful Stay at B My Hotel

I escalated my concerns to the front desk and was told to send an email with supporting evidence and I have gotten no refund, I had to leave this place early and book to another hotel. I have videos and pictures of the cockroach, loud AC and bathroom not flushing. Horrible place to stay! They don’t care! If you have a medical purpose and you’ll be restless the night prior yet they don’t care about that!

Travelling again to Tijuana, good to stay in this hotel again. Stuff is friendly, breakfast is delicious, cleanliness is of the high standard.

Condition of the rooms, poor location!

Very dirty bathroom, shower was tiny, ( I’m 5’2, 115lbs!!)! very noisy, thin walls, and they tried to change my room to a smaller one after I paid for a double! I asked for my $$ back and they said “ we don’t do that “! But I just paid you 4 hours ago!! The only good part was the breakfast and security guards! The staff tried to be helpful, but there was no compensation at all! Now I have to be stuck there for another 4 days???

I loved

They treated me very well, the cleaning service was great, the breakfast was excellent, the security staff was all very good. The free breakfast with good flavor, all the chilaquiles, the Agua de Maranja coffee and above all, it is very central, the salmon to be sliced in the Center of Tijuana, everything is very nice and safe.
