Great location within walkig distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic center. The staff was friendly and very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend it ans I will be staying here at my next trip to Puebla!

Room was clean. Heating /cooling is shared with other rooms so depending on what demand load is cooling may take precedent if you might desire heating. The location was amazing as it was 3 short blocks to the Zocalo de Puebla, the heart of the Historic Center. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Casa Sabino is an excellent bistro right next door.

The hotel its beautiful with a great location. The only two things i didn't like about it ilwas that you could heard everything through the walls and doors. And after turning the water on in the bedroom sink on the second day, the water had a nasty smell. We started ising water bottle to brash our teeth, wash our hands and face. For some reason the shower didn’t had a bad smell.
That's the reason I gave it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of 5 stars.
Other than that the hotel is in a great location, only 3 blocks from Puebla's Zocalo and La Catedral.
