It was super nice, the staff were very attentive and polite, and the place was very clean and tidy. It also has many amenities. We would definitely go back!

Breakfast for a fee.
No much amenities more than a soap, shampoo and napkins.
Parking available.
During the stay there was a +15 group of students and no adult control. they were very noisy, keept knocking at all doors and running the hallways.
Parking official was very polite and helpful with the parking map.
Receptionist didn’t enabled the door key the first time asked me to use it the “right” way. Later they were calling me on the phone asking who i was , because there was a misunderstanding( on their side i guess).

Nice hotel also for long stay.

I have been to this hotel twice, in 2023 and 2025. It is a nice hotel with good beds, the rooms in the new building are a bit cramped, but nicely decorated. they are excellently cleaned. The desk is extremely friendly but businesslike. Parking is a regime you cannot escape. And the cleaning if you don't want it you have to sign a receipt, that's quite a bit cumbersome, it's easier to get them cleaned. Nice shower, nice beds. The design with courtyards makes it a very noisy hotel. Mexicans are not the most environment-conscious hotel guests and can be very present, Americans too by the way. We recovered in 2025 from a parasitic infection in this hotel, we live like nomads traveling on motorcycles, and live in hotels, and got sick in Catemaco, in Puebla we could not travel further, we were too sick. Additional booking was no problem. And neither did changing rooms, we first had rooms on the street side and the gate of the parking lot popped shut every time so you kept waking up. They moved us with love and lightning speed. That was nice. Then I know how many football teams from youth football came, very noisy sometimes, but also cozy and they were very polite. And we might be a little easily annoyed because we were so sick. But overall we had a quiet stay of almost a month. it is not our most favorite hotel in Puebla, but the runner up so to speak, a close second. And in terms of price and location a better choice.
