Excellent hotel

Excellent location, service, attention, cleanliness, price, highly recommended! We couldn't use all of its services like the gym but in general it was very good!

The room was OK, nice temperature, location and friendly service. The rooms need maintenance, specially the shower. The towels are also worn out.

Poor reservation management for business.

Terrible control of reservations for events in the training room; they did not have the reservation I had made and paid for in advance registered, which caused me setbacks and a poor evaluation for the event logistics coordination from my client’s perspective.

Stay was ok but the property does need some renovations. Bathroom have bladck mold. Bedsheets and towels are very old and worn out, room iron and coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast was decent but not great. 6/10

Unpleasant experience. Stayed for one night only. Requested a room change, bathroom was dirty. Second room was slightly better, but still had a dirty bathroom. Shower drain was clogged. Window shades let in a lot of light with no secondary curtains to close. Included breakfast was pretty mediocre. Overall would not recommend unless no other hotel is available.
