The only complaint is the AC had a lot of noise, never stop. And the room didn’t smell good, when we entered.

I stay on this hotel several times but this time was a lot different and what make me do this review was that was mosquitos inside the room I kill at least 4 in the morning when I wake up I was stung several times in several parts of my body plus in the morning was more mosquitos in top of that the A/C unit was not keeping up with the temperature in the room the room was on the warm side plus humidity
When I checking out was not ask how was my staying on nothing just if I pay for my room the was weird

The friendly staff were the only good part of this experience. The pool looked dirty, the rooms were unkept, and our AC broke, forcing a room change at midnight. It was an underwhelming stay for what we paid.

My room had no phone, no way to call reception to ask for service and I was charged twice for a food transaction.
