Fully recommended. Excellent service in a divine place

My stay at the Hotel Quinta del Rey in Toluca was simply wonderful.
The service is exceptional. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, but I want to give special recognition to Gabriel and Saul from the restaurant and Omar from the bar, who made the experience even more special. (Omar prepares the most delicious drinks.) Also thanks to Paty, who kept the room spotless. Actually, the whole team deserves applause for their warmth and professionalism.
The hotel is beautiful, with very well maintained facilities and an atmosphere that invites you to relax. The breakfasts are delicious and very complete, definitely one of the great highlights of the stay.
What I loved most was the feeling of tranquility: a real oasis in the middle of the city, with spectacular gardens and an environment that makes you forget the urban rhythm.
Definitely a place I would return to and highly recommend.

A good choice to meet

It is a hotel with a setting from the time of the viceroyalty, the rooms are comfortable, has a play area with pool table, soccer, for leisure. Its gardens and chapel are very beautiful. Perhaps the only detail is that the attention time in the restaurant is slow... it could improve. Overall it is a good hotel for events but if I think a little distance if you are looking for places to eat or drink

Outstanding Hotel & Staff

This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! 15 minutes to Toluca airport & close to a cpl of very nice restaurants, which was nice as we arrived late on a Sunday & their restaurant was closed, but the delightful staff was quick to recommend options for us.
There are multiple, tranquil gardens with fountains & benches. Also a beautiful chapel on site.
The rooms are extremely spacious, very comfortable & spotless. We had room 322, king bed with sitting area & nice balcony overlooking one of the gardens.
It was so quiet & peaceful you could hear a pin drop.
The furnishings are elegant.
Each floor offers a common sitting area with gorgeous furnishings.Sadly, we did not have time to explore the spa, pool or exercise area....next time for sure.
We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in their restaurant & drinks in the lounge.
The nicest,most helpful staff we've ever had the pleasure to meet.
I wish we had more time to spend, which leaves room for a return visit.
This hotel is an absolute must stay!! Highly recommended!

Great experience!

Our son and now daughter-in-law :) were married at this hotel on August 31st. We stayed at the hotel for most of the week. We had a wonderful experience!! The staff was so accommodating. The doorman went out of his way to be of assistance, as did the front desk. The hotel is very clean. We ate at the restaurant several times. Despite the language barrier, the waiters made sure to meet our every need. Great experience!!
