Everything was great. Just check in was a bit of an issue, the room I have requested and paid for was not available so they gave me a downgrade. Once I complained, they were able to fulfill my reservation, but it took 4.5 hours to do so.

Wonderful experience
Every thing was great, All your personnel was very professional, kind and helpful. The room was very clean, the food at the Fontana restaurant was very good. Overall everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Worst experience
I stayed at this hotel beginning on August 18, 2026. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning during the first two days of my stay. What was especially disappointing was that there was no apology, explanation, or meaningful acknowledgment from the hotel regarding the inconvenience.
To make matters worse, at checkout I was not provided with an invoice or receipt. Since I need this documentation for my company, I have contacted the hotel multiple times and spoken with Evelin, Angelica, and Rodrigo to request my checkout receipt. Despite these efforts, I still have not received it by email.
I was eventually transferred to the billing department, but I was unable to even leave a voicemail.
The lack of air conditioning for two days, combined with the poor communication and inability to provide a basic checkout receipt, made this a very frustrating experience. At this point, I feel like I may have to take another trip to Mexico just to obtain a receipt that should have been provided to me at checkout.
I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and provides the documentation I have repeatedly requested.

Everything was great, except for ordering food late at night from the lobby; they took for ever to deliver and it was cold when it arrived, meaning it was left waiting at the kitchen for a while. It was not a one time event, two nights in a row we had the same experience unfortunately. That is the only place where I suggest the administration pays attention.

Good service but there are things to improve
It was a very good experience, but inside the room, the armchair had white stains that I would rather not know what they are, but it disgusted me to sit there. The gym has machines that already need urgent maintenance; there are rusty things.
