A nice stay however the wifi was horrible, and in my opinion they need more staff in the pool area , other than that it was nice

Horrible and dirty.

The most disgusting and uncomfortable hotel I have ever been to.
Uncomfortable mattress, exposed bed base, no baseboard, and unsanded.
Broken, worn-out furniture.
The worst part: a stinky bathroom with lots of mold. It really is an unsanitary place.

Don’t bother booking all the pictures and upgrades are a lie over priced for a old broken down hotel parking is so small limited to about 15 cars we had to change rooms twice due to them being dirty broken furniture, bathrooms leaking with urine smell no clean towel or house keeping done they had no ice available food and drinks at the pool took almost 2 hrs and the breakfast included was as bad it looked like dog food burnt pancakes we checked out and went to another hotel for the rest of our vacation

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Staff at breakfast very kind. Awesome beach view from our room. Loud mariachi bands throughout the day. Good place for beach walking and close to restaurants in gold zone. Pool was nice, plenty of lounges. The building itself in need of major repair! Rooms clean. Furniture needs update. No hand towels or wash clothes. Lobby desk staff very helpful.

This Hotel used to be nice, after 8 year from my last visit, We found a total diferent picture, everything is outdated, ugly cracky furniture, and only 1 elevator working, i had to leave to Marriot next day.
