Excellent treatment from all the staff, delicious all the food and variety of snaks, and a very familiar atmosphere throughout the port

Fatal food, cleaned from mediocre rooms
Bad experience in general we got sick to the stomach from the next day we arrived, the cleanliness of the rooms very bad, the blankets all week did not change them, when complaining in management they do not mind me, much eye when making reservations in these hotels

Hotel El CID with food you get sick a group of 20 rooms and ignore!
We were a group of football teams from the city of Chihuahua! If you can miss the opportunity to visit this hotel MISS IT! Hotel where your food in the restaurant la alhambra, in front of the pool and the sea, sickened guests of the 25 rooms that we went in this group, we went to customer service to make a complaint and the way they attend to you is despot and disbelief. Hopefully one day his service will look a bit like the pretty village.

From check in to departure, I was treated with respect by all. Hotel is a bit outdated, but never hampered my stay.
Only request would be for an earlier serving of coffee for us early risers. Perhaps 6:00-am

Vacation at Mazatlan
Another nice vacation in Mazatlan, we have stayed at the Elcid hotel 22 times in the last 18 years, the hotel location is partly the reason. (beachfront, food, cleanliness, atmosphere etc.) But the main reason is the service from the waiters and waitresses of whom which we have now become friends with. I would like to give a special thanks to.
