A breakfast was advertised during the booking. But since we used an agency, I was told the breakfast was not included. Possibly a lower price, but for me it was false advertising. No offer was made by staff for me to purchase breakfast. So we left, sad.

Parking was very weĺl set up gor out needs. We are hauling personal and household goods back to BC from Puerto Vallarta, with a small trlr. The manager came out and found my husband the peefect place to back in so the trlr would be less noticeable or accessible.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and the ac worked just fine

Requested first floor occupancy. Were told there were none available on arrival. Staff member suggested a third floor room. When she realised my jusband was on crutches we were offered a first floor room with the caveat that air condition was not functioning. We accepted that one as there are no elevators in this hotel. We have stayed here every year for the last 14 years, this is the first time we had a problem at check-in.
