It far exceeded our expectations

We always look to get out of the routine, disconnect and connect with nature and meet other people, get some fresh air, everything here was great! It exceeded our expectations, everything was good, we also extend special thanks to Mariant Drew. From the Casa mia restaurant, always attentive to our needs, time stood still for us there! My favorite place!! A thousand thanks Mariant, and total thanks to the entire staff of the Santa Fe Loreto hotel!

Nos llena de satisfacción saber que su estancia superó ampliamente sus expectativas y que encontraron con nosotros ese espacio para desconectarse de la rutina y disfrutar plenamente de Loreto. Saber que Casa Mía se convirtió en uno de sus lugares favoritos hace su comentario aún más especial.

10/10 experience

Our experience was very good at the hotel and waiters and excellent service, there was a waiter whose way of being with the people who had just arrived at this hotel I liked, he is a waiter on the afternoon shift who wears glasses (I don't know what his name is but I would like to know it) he was very kind to us and to those of us who were arriving as I mentioned And the hotel goes without saying it is beautiful I liked its rooms and decorations a lot, the pool is divine

Muchas gracias por calificarnos con un 10/10. Nos encanta saber que disfrutó de nuestras habitaciones, decoración y alberca, pero especialmente que la atención de nuestro equipo de restaurante hizo una diferencia positiva desde su llegada.
Nos dará mucho gusto identificar al mesero que menciona y hacerle llegar personalmente su reconocimiento; este tipo de atención cálida y genuina es justamente la experiencia que buscamos brindar a cada huésped. Esperamos recibirle nuevamente muy pronto.

The check-in staff was horrible, rude and caring and gave no interest and trying to please. The customer. It’s like this. Is it enjoy it or not if you don’t like it move on. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with Mario. He was horrible.

The place is great. We stay here often. The problem is they charge for dogs to stay in the rooms that are tile and it’s 20 bucks. A dog way over price for that.

Adequate for a short stay

This hotel is a mile from Downtown Loreto restaurants/shops/beach/malecon. Too far in this heat to just pop out for a wander, the walk is largely on an uninteresting road.
Rooms are ok, great to have a hob and fridge, and safe is really easy to use.
Sound proofing is minimal, I used a towel under the connecting door between my room and the next to try and muffle the tv noise from their room.
Key locking system for the door is the most difficult/annoying I have ever come across.
Breakfast was good, staff really friendly.
