When we arrived, we were given a cabin that was not what we expected based on what was shown online. The website only shows pictures of one cabin, but the one we received was completely different.
Upon arrival, we were simply handed the key, and we immediately had trouble opening the door. None of the doors had proper locks, which made us feel very unsafe.
Cows were freely walking around the property and even coming up to our private pool to drink water. We had no way of knowing whether the cows had already been drinking from the pool before we used it, or whether the water was actually clean and properly maintained.
In the middle of the night, the power went out. We could hear strange noises outside, and because none of the doors could be properly locked, we did not sleep the entire night, worried that someone could easily enter the cabin.
On top of everything else, the air conditioning was not cooling properly.
Overall, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. Unfortunately, we would never stay here again.

Horses in the sun
The place is nice, but I see that they have horses in the sun and moored, possibly waiting for walks of the customers of the place, and that is not life for a horse. I did not like that part and I hope the activities that the place offers can do without exploited living things.

not safe! scammers
I arrived, the hotel was closed. there was no staff. There was trash everywhere around the hotel and the hotel looked abandoned. I booked and paid in advance, but I can't live in a hotel in the middle of the desert without food, water, without staff and without service.AND THIS IS UNSAFE . If I didn't need these services, then I would book an apartment. I refused this hotel and my money was not returned! They said it was my problem, that I didn’t like the place. so keep in mind, if you want to live like savages in the middle of the desert, this place is perfect for you.

First of I was really excited to come to this place it looked so nice from the photos. Now the place it self is cute furnished with a small pool. How ever there was some bad red flags once I started going there 1st- inside the house before we got there it must of been in the 100’s degree in the their they turn on the AC unit it was on but blowing hot air. 2nd the upstairs AC didn’t want to turn on, maintenance guy had to come get another guy to help him turn it on and fix the bottom one too for it’s still blowing hot air. They eventually turn it on but they are both blowing hot air. I let the AC RUN FOR 2 hrs and it’s still unbearable the heat inside we have to be outside under the shade because of how hot it is. We call the maintenance guy to tell him it’s still not working. It took a while for them to come check it out they came and seen it was still too hot in there and then 3rd. The toilet is t flushing the water isn’t running properly and now that’s another problem with this place. 4th there are no available Ubers taxis to take you back out of this place either so you gotta have a car to go back out you can come in an Uber but not back out they won’t come ! I eventually couldn’t take the heat in there and had to book a different hotel somewhere else . I asked for my refund back and they do not want to give it to me after I went thru all of that at their place. I was Thankful one of the maintenance guys took us back the malecón where I stayed the rest of my stay at . 1/10
