We love staying at Araiza Inn because we know it’s clean, very affordable and close to where we need to go. The staff is very friendly and welcoming !!!

Long story short. The property has fallen into disrepair. Sure from the outside the hotel looks great. But when you get your door you’ll find the doors with the paint chipping off. They consider themslves a green hotel. Meaning they don’t provide new linens every time they clean your room. Right away I noticed the room we were issued to have trash under the bed and hair all over the restroom floors. Needed to request a deep clean in order to get a more thorough cleaning. Let’s just say the bell boy was more attentive than the front desk staff. Their key cards are so sensitive anything pretty much deactivates your keycards. I needed to request the keycards to be reactivated so frequently they would scold me to keep my keycards away from my phone or wallet every single time.
Without mentioning the horrors experienced with my reservations. Their published rates are too expensive for the menial amenities they offer. The gym equipment laughable at best. 2 treadmills and both were faulty.
Save yourself the aggravation and please consider another property.

It’s a place to stay. We stayed for one night and it was ok. Bed not very comfortable, shower looked old and stained but served its purpose. There is a pool, if you plan to swim. Full of kids.

The room was dirty. The faucet was broken and dripped water. It smelled like someone was smoking outside. Someone tried to get into my room and room next door witch was also my party. I don’t know If by mistake. But I tried calling reception at 2:00 am because of this and nobody answered.

Everything great. The only thing with the remodel is the bed size seemed to go down to double and the bathroom near the toilet was a little cramped now. Other than that it was a great stay with great customer service.
