This new hotel was super clean and the staff all were very kind and helpful. It’s a great location and easy to get around in the area for food and cafes. It’s a tech-forward hotel so using the touchscreen tablet for requests took some getting used to. Also, I suggest requesting a high floor due to street noise.

Terrible service; to check out and return the security deposit, which is falsely stated as "you must leave a credit card for the minibar service, followed by a security deposit of 3000 pesos."
More than 15 days passed without any response.

Excellent hotel in Guadalajara.

A small hotel but very well located, with very spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed, with bed linens and towels of extraordinary quality. The service from check-in was extraordinary. I was welcomed by my namesake, Francisco, who was very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this small hotel in Guadalajara.

Super recommended!

We had an amazing day! Facilities the quality in everything from shampoo towels to linen to service! It was the best are super friendly everyone at all times! From the moment of booking to departure! If you doubt we will be back soon
