food was really good

The Hotel was very confortable, and clean, i went to some hotels in ensenada like San Nicolas and it was really dirty, really there is no comparation, the food was great and the attention was ok, the beds were really confortable.

Looks are deceiving

Stay away. They try to provide service but they fail. Don't waster your money here. Toilet was leaking water when we checked into the room. Instead of changing my room, they spent over an hour trying to fix it. Brush your teeth with bottled water! The water in the shower and sink tastes salty. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Room service is a joke, they gave my order to another room. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Bring ear plugs! The street noise makes it difficult to sleep at night.

VERY BAD Place!

This hotel is the worst place you ever can imagine. Do not let your husband or kids to stay in this hotel.
The stuff in the bar are a group of girls who they are hungry about money and they do anything you can imagine if they see a group of boys alone not only that they will bring their girls friends to join the party. Some name start with L, C & K. I don’t understand how the manager allowing this to happen maybe $$$$$

Best experience ever...we had the balcony view to the beach...the room was so clean...the snacks were delicious...we are coming back in the summer...the management has all the answers in case if you have any question

Vacations

Love to stay here it was amazing everything was clean and comfortable....thank to every staff member that we meet from manager to housekeeping very polite and always smiling la bufadora it’s a must you just have to go lots of foods and items to buy ...for breakfast we had the pancake place totally recommend it was not expensive and the food was amazing but the best was the hotel with the heated pool and complementary coffee in the mornings...special thanks to the maintenance guy he was very polite and told us about the area
