Top Class Self Catering Accommodation

We spent 10 nights at Hillside Haven and without doubt this is the best experience of a self catering apartment we have had on our travels. The apartment is under the owner's house and Dominique and Donald are the perfect hosts. It consists of a large bedroom with ensuite and a separate kitchen with cloak cupboards at one end. There is an outside seating area with dining table and chairs which can be enclosed with bamboo blinds if you wish. The accommodation was so well equipped in all areas especially the kitchen with full size cooker, coffee machine, toaster and Dominique also provides a free starter pack of basic food. There was daily maid service right down to replacing the coils in the mosquito tin. As we were there more than a week a free washing and ironing service was provided.
We also had use of the pool and well equipped poolside area whenever we wanted. The view over the houses to the sea was spectacular especially at sunset. Our hosts could not do enough for us and were so helpful with queries about where to go, beaches, restaurants etc. We even borrowed binoculars and a bird book which allowed us to identify the many coloured birds in the well tended garden.
We used Hillside haven as a base to tour round the island and visit many sights and beaches. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. A car is essential as the property is up a steep hill at the foot of a mountain. A final mention goes to the 2 friendly dogs who played their part in making us feel at home.

Super ontvangst van de gastheer bij aankomst.
Leuke studio's. Met alle comfort. Heel goed gelegen met zicht op zee en bergen. Heel rustig en veel mogelijkheden.Prachtige Uitvalbasis voor wandel en andere mogelijkheden.
Uitstappen naar dierenpark Casela op 10km voor wandeling met leeuwen. Zwemmen met dolfijnen en snorkelen. Toffe restaurants. Bedankt Donald en Dominique voor de goede tips en deze onvergetelijke vakantie. Frank en Kristel.
