Hell of a holiday
They are robbers do not part with any money until you see your room.
Online it showed nice rooms, pool, spa, wellness center and others.
I arrived tired and they told me that they had no pool spa or wellness center.
I asked to leave and they said that I needed to pay because my reservation was confirmed.
I asked if I could rest first then call the travel agent to sort things out.
They refused and said i had to pay.
I paid and when I went to see them the next day to cancel the room they refused.
My room had mould in the roof and bathroom.
Ants and cockroach was in the bathroom as well.
I reported all of this and they still wouldn't refund me.
You are miles away from the beach and just stuck in the city.
They eventually offered me 50% back off a 10 day stay that I had remaining.
I had already stayed 4 days trying to sort things out.
I've done nothing in that time because I've been too stressed out.
I eventually called the police who told them to call the manager to come and sort it out.
The manager never arrived and said he would come the following day.
Leaving me waiting all day.
Please avoid these thieves it's been absolutely hell.
This was a dream holiday and has been spoiled by them.

Nice reception when we arrived and pleasant people.
Next morning I found a small visitor in the bathroom. He looked like a long shoestring. Probably he had climb troth the drain. But I don’t like snakes and worms and especially not in the bedroom. He was discreet and he didn't make any sound, when I approached, but he didn’t understand, that he would leave. We trew him out of the window. It ended with a flight that he probably won't forget. Perhaps it was not so kind to do so.
The hotel is situated in the centre of the town and near the market. The Metro stops only around 100 meters from the hotel.
