Spacious and modern apartments by the beautiful Pereiber beach
Were in the apartment at the end of April 2026. Very spacious and modern. We were on vacation with a friend. Each had its own room with a private s/o. A long corridor and a large kitchen-living room, which had everything you need, as well as a huge balcony. Washer, powder and dryer. All the kitchen utensils. There was even a drip coffee machine. Outside was a relaxation area with soft poofs (which we bought only for our pick-up, although we never laid on them))) and a Jacuzzi, which works on a schedule. Unfortunately, the regimes are very weak and the water is quite cool, so it was not possible to enjoy. But there was also a swimming pool with sunbeds on the grounds. In the evening after sunset (he worked until 8:00 p.m.) it was possible to have a wonderful time, because after 6:00 p.m. life in this part of the island was moribund.
Nearby is one of the best beaches in Mauritius (I say so, because many have travelled) - Pereiber. Walk less than 10 minutes. Small bay with clearest vodka, smoothest setting without corals.
And 5 minutes away is a large supermarket, Wieners (one of the largest and most inexpensive chains in Mauritius), where you can buy everything you need.
Cleaning was done every day (unless we ourselves said we shouldn't today). True, the quality of purity is a little limp. And of the downsides is the Internet (it's written about in many reviews). The internet is very weak. Driven the router, but useless.
But I want to thank Hanifa's owner and staff. Very sympathetic and friendly. Any questions you may have, we're here to help. At the time of eviction, they offered to stay in the apartment for as long as we needed while we waited for a taxi. It was unexpected and nice.
Unfortunately, my phone turned into a brick and no data was stored. No photos, no contacts left, no messengers yet. So I leave my impressions and thanks in this review! Thank you for your wonderful holiday!

Worst experience ever
We booked the apartment nr. 9 from One Bay Residence, for 9 nights in March 2024. It was terrible.
There was mess everywhere, ants and cockroaches were literally in every room. Full of dust, sheets dirty and unwashed.
The pictures are not at all what you will find in the property. Expect old furniture and dirty and full of dust sofa.
Bathrooms cannot be unused - full of dirt.
We left after one hour. Also the landlord was very rude, we made a lot of complains and she kicked us out.
Avoid at all costs.

Awesome experience
Penthouse with pool at perrybere mauritus, we loved one bay. Cleanliness and we'll maintained service flat with good security.
The apartments are close to all good restaurants and supermarket. Beach is just 5min walking. Enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace.

Oh so good and oh so bad!
There is much to like about this apartment, but also a few issues.
We arrived at 6:30pm and was met by the lovely property manger of apartment 14.
Communication with her was very good, both prior to and during our stay.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great area of Pereybere.
The apartment was in good overall condition, not perfect, but we were happy with the presentation.
A few little issues with blocked shower heads, air conditioning only in the bedrooms and a few little leaks when it rained. No big issues.
The upstairs spa area was beautiful, we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset up there. Some cushions on the outdoor furniture would be welcome, but we understand that they would be ruined by the sun and rain. Perhaps they could be stored in the apartment.
There was no soap or shampoo/ conditioner supplied, so I was grateful to have brought our own.
One of the biggest let downs was the shared pool area.
This was completely disgusting.
I have let the apartment manager know, and I believe she is pushing the body corporate to do something.
The pool itself was beautiful and well maintained. The surrounding deck area was not.
If we have known about the state of the pool area, we would not have booked this apartment
