A very beautiful experience to repeat.
A meal with Mom to thank her for this week at her place.
The meal was excellent, succulent.
The flavors, the presentation, the service, everything was perfect.
A delight for the eyes and the taste buds.
A big congratulations to the teams!
A recommended address for sharing a very pleasant culinary moment.
If you enjoy fine, flavorful gourmet cuisine that is as beautiful to look at as it is to savor, you can go there with your eyes closed.

Fabulous for couples without children!
We stayed two weeks in this hotel, and it was honestly great!
We had a suite with a private jacuzzi, a small kitchen, and a bottle of rum as a gift :-)
Our room was located between the parking lot and the villa: it should be noted that it climbs quite a bit, so every time we went to the restaurant or the bar, we got our daily exercise!
Regarding dining: a very nice wine and rum list! The dishes were delicious, and eating with a view of the pool and the sea was heavenly!

Otherwise, the pool is small but it is more than enough to cool off!
The staff is very discreet, but they are available if needed!
The hotel is very quiet; I would therefore recommend it to couples without children!

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing, and unfortunately, the problems went far beyond poor customer service.
The guests in the bungalow next to ours were extremely noisy, so we contacted reception to ask for help. The young blonde receptionist who dealt with us was incredibly nonchalant and passive-aggressive. We were genuinely shocked by her attitude. When you are paying to stay at a hotel, you expect at least basic courtesy, professionalism, and consideration from the staff.
But the most upsetting part of our stay was something one of the hotel workers told us. According to this employee, a few years ago, the hotel management allegedly poisoned stray cats because they were entering the bungalows.
I cannot express how disturbing this was to hear. I was so upset that I couldn't hold back my tears. As someone who cares deeply about animals, hearing that this could have happened at a place where we were staying completely changed how I felt about the hotel. I honestly wanted to end our trip and leave immediately.
A hotel is not only about beautiful surroundings or nice bungalows. The way guests are treated and the way animals are treated also says a great deal about the values and management of a place.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, this is not somewhere I would recommend. We certainly will not be returning.

Je suis propriétaire de l’établissement depuis 9 ans, et je suis personnellement un amoureux des chats. Nous avons toujours veillé à ce que les animaux errants soient traités avec respect, et nous collaborons lorsque nécessaire avec des associations locales pour leur protection.
Nous sommes profondément choqués qu’un employé ait pu vous transmettre une information aussi fausse et destructrice. Une enquête interne est immédiatement ouverte pour comprendre l’origine de cette rumeur et éviter qu’elle ne soit répétée.
La Suite Villa est un lieu où le bien‑être, la bienveillance et le respect — envers nos clients comme envers les animaux — sont des valeurs fondamentales. Nous regrettons sincèrement que cette fausse information ait pu altérer votre séjour.

Haven of peace
Excellent experience at this hotel.
We rented a villa, very comfortable, pretty, well-appointed, view of the Bay of Fort-de-France (only two villas have a sea view).
The staff is lovely (special mention for Aline), always very attentive!
Excellent restaurant, the best we tested in Martinique.
Pretty beaches (without sargassum) nearby.
We highly recommend this hotel and will return without the slightest hesitation.

The staff was really friendly and responsive, and our villa was perfect. We definitely took advantage of the private patio and jacuzzi. Also, dinner at the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. I also appreciated the secure private parking lot.
