Perfect, parfait!

Mai and Quentin are great hosts! We had rented a two story apartment and it was very clean 5/5. Beds were comfortable 4/5. Kitchen quite well equipped for a rental 5/5. Nice sized deck to relax and have meals with sunshades for afternoon sun 5/5. (Bonus clothes drying rack on every deck is very usefull). Absolutely no problems with ants or cockroaches - no nasty bugs whatsoever inside and out which was a first for us in the carribean! Wow, impressive! Air conditionning worked well to keep us cool. Clean bathroom with large shower and quality towels including pool towels 5/5. Our pedestal fan started making noise nearing its' death and Quentin replaced it right away. Amazing service! Clean pool with plenty of chairs 5/5. Covered BBQ and table set up by the pool is great. Safe parking with gate 5/5. Very quiet neighborhood with no rear neighbors, just forested mountain 5/5. A 5 minute walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and the new Le Marin marina. Amazing sunsets! Residence des Iles will definitely be our home on our next vacation to Martinique!!!

Very convenient and good value for money

This is a good place with very reasonable prices. Very pleasant welcome (I arrived late on a Sunday night and the manager apologised profusely because he was a few minutes late -- but I was early!). Clean and comfortable rooms, in a quiet and convenient location. Nice gardens. Recommended

Practical

Last minute booking for Christmas week so we didn’t have high expectations but the residence was way better than expected. Convenient location, friendly welcome, very reasonable pricing and practical for a family. We didn’t cook but there was everything available to do so. Close to the best beaches and next to a food mall

Amazing!

An absolutely lovely, calm and relaxing residence.
The rooms are traditional and simple....
The gardens are full of local flora and very pretty.
The pool is perfect for winding down and keeping cool.
The Residence is in a good location – easy access to major roads, local supermarket, the Marina with several bars/restaurants – although it is on a hillside so there are steps to the apartments.
Great view of the Marina.
Mai cannot be more helpful – anything you need, local advice and a happy face.

Paradise!

We spent 8 days here in early March and absolutely loved everything about it. Mai, the manager, speaks excellent English and was so friendly and helpful. We arrived late and tired but she was there to greet us and helped us in with our luggage. The flat was just what we had hoped for and more.....it had a small kitchen area very well equipped for light cooking and a wonderful spacious bedroom. We also had a lovely large terrace with great views over the marina and hills. You need a car to get to beaches but parking is easy and free everywhere and there are some brilliant beaches within about 10 minutes drive. All in all if you like to self cater at least some of the time this is a perfect and very relaxed place to stay. Paradise indeed! Thank you Mai, we hope to be back soon!
