Nice hotel with nice pool, but some areas for improvement

The reception is very nice, with typical Moroccan decoration and movie posters shot in the area, which gives charm. Welcoming is correct and cordial.
Our room on the 3rd floor was clean and simple, with views of the road (noisy at night). The bathroom, on the other hand, is dilapidated and the plumbing capricious.
The outdoor pool is a real asset: nice, well maintained, with bar even offering beer . The hotel is well located: 5 minutes from the market square and 20 minutes walk from the cinema museum.
The half board meal was basic, with an imposed menu. The starters were correct, the grilled chicken very good, but the dessert disappointing (melon not ripe). Too bad that no flexibility is offered to change dishes.
The night was mixed: I slept well but my spouse was embarrassed by the noise. Even more embarrassing, our room was mistakenly opened by other guests, a sign that the magnetic cards work on multiple doors — a real security concern.
In summary: a decent hotel with a nice reception, a nice pool and a good location. Improvements: bathroom, roadside noise, flexibility in the restaurant and above all room card security. Good for a short stay.

3 Star with Mediocre Food

Hotel was in need of serious renovations ...furniture was very old and in poor condition. Several items missing in room...hair dryer, bathroom floor mat, insufficient bath and hand towels.
Buffet food at breakfast and dinner were mediocre as was the case at all our Exotica Tours hotels....under supplied in quantity, cold serving trays with dried out chicken , poor vegetable and salad and bread selection but decent desserts.

Disastrous room.

Hotel with old rooms and dodgy cleaning. Air was coming in under the terrace door. Hair on the bed. The heat pump is not working... A mess. Hab. 209

Noisy night in

Hotel is situated on a busy road, so quite noisy until late, also you can hear the lift huffing and puffing. Room is adequate size, bath/shower has difficult entry for short people due to high bath height and limited entrance gap. The towels were a sandy shade of white, with a tatty partially holed bath mat. It has a fridge, safe, but no kettle or water are provided. TV had no English channels, air con was broken and good WI-FI. Food in the evening was tasty, with a reasonable amount of choice, less impressive breakfast. There is a Carrefour a few minutes walk, if you turn left out of the hotel. Didn’t have chance to try the pool. I believe the daily rate is about £60 , which was booked by our travel company.

Terrible.

Terrible experience at this property chosen by tour organizer Zagora Experience after a change in programming. Electrical system that jumps every 2 minutes, reported and we were told that just insert the card closer to the wall, of course we have not solved anything. Towels for one person, reported and not solved I had to go down to reception to pick them up in person. Non-existent windows, like sleeping in the street. Cleanliness of the bathroom very poor. Heating impossible to keep on given the problem with the electrical system.
