Close to the bus station

This is a modern hotel that is clean, shiny and neat. The rooms are large and have good light. They have external shutters for light control for a good nights sleep. The rooms have no heating or cooling but were comfortable in Spring when we were there. The TV is flat screen and has English channels and the wifi was the best we had in Morocco. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast consisted of juice, tea or coffee and a croissant or bread. The hotel is a short, uphill walk from the bus station and is good value.

Tetouan's TOP hotel 7 stars for me

Location: best .. 10 min walking from city centre.
Staff: top stuff
Price: dead cheap .. cheapest ever!
Cleanliness: the best there is
Amenities: all top drawer
Spaces: plenty!
WiFi: in your face, strong and 100% available
Every thing about this hotel is right.

Comfortable bed and nice staff

We booked a standard room and the value of money was ok. There was no AC in the rooms so we couldn't sleep at night and had to open the windows but the noise from the street was deafening, moreover the smell of smoking kept seeping inside the room from outside. Also the rooms are not cleaned every day only when you enter or leave the room. It's a bit far from the center of the city with the old medina so you need to take a Taxi to go and come back. They have a restaurant but the prices are steep so eat outside downtown.

Marinating

Needed an affordable hotel with triple room and a car park near the medina.
Chose a room away from the noisy street facing the mountains.
Bad mattress and pillow.
We had dinner in the restaurante/café in the hotel and it was subpar to say the least.
In the morning we got some packaged milk, juice and twinkies because it was Ramadan and ALL cafés close down until sunset.

Great budget hotel, good for a first-night stay

Having arrived at Ceuta, it was good to find this little budget hotel for a first night stay in Morocco, and it is is situated close to the railway station. We paid just 300 dirhams for room 326 which was a very large room with 1 double and 1 single bed. However, it had a tiny bathroom. There was a small cafe on the first floor which served just basic refreshments but for an evening meal, we were recommended by the staff to a local cafe just 100metres down the road. This was very much a local place, well used by locals and serving typical Moroccan food. Not at all a smart place but provided excellent, cheap food.
