Located in the heart of the medina, 150 metres from Jemaa El Fna Square, Riad Oasissime is a traditional-style riad with a patio, a garden and a furnished terrace. Guests are invited to the Moroccan-style living room.

Solo female traveler!
As a solo female traveler, I wanted to share my experience staying at Riad Oasissime.
Overall, I found that many riads offer similar features… comfortable beds, breakfast included, clean rooms, beautiful traditional décor, and great locations in the Medina. However, what truly set Riad Oasissime apart was the people, especially Zakaria, who helps run the riad.
I genuinely believe that if I had stayed anywhere else, I wouldn't have felt the same level of peace, safety, and kindness that I experienced here. Zakaria went above and beyond to make sure every guest had everything they needed. If something was missing, he would immediately go out of his way to get it. His generosity, genuine care, and selflessness made such a lasting impression.
More than just exceptional hospitality, I left feeling like I had made a friend. I'm so grateful I chose Riad Oasissime for my four-night stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone! especially solo female travelers looking for a place where they'll feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Excellent Stay
We stayed for a week and wished it were longer! Wonderful hospitality, ambiance, decor and delicious breakfasts. Homemade jams and local pancakes with beautifully cooked french cakes accompanied eggs cooked to order. Homemade fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice. All washed down with plenty of coffee. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were all friendly.
The location is perfect - central. Only a minute’s walk into the market and the main square.
Such good value too! Couldn’t really fault it.
The main man - Zak was charming and always on hand to pour a drink or give advice as to how much to expect to pay for such and such.
Fresh flowers in vases and swallows calling above the enormous palm tree. I could go on . . . .
The location is perfect - central. Only a minute’s walk into the market and the main square.

Very negative opinion – total lack of humanity and commercial sense
We had booked a stay at Riad Oasissime in Marrakech from 6 to 11 January 2026, a stay that unfortunately we were never able to make for a reason totally beyond our control.
On January 6, 2026, we were stranded at Nantes airport due to major weather (snow and ice) that led to the closure of the airport. No alternative flights could be offered. We were therefore forced to cancel our entire trip.
Despite this exceptional, perfectly unpredictable and documented context, the Riad Oasissime categorically refused any abolition or reduction of cancellation fees, hiding behind the allegedly “non-refundable” nature of the booking.
Even more shocking: On the same day, we found that several rooms remained available at Riad Oasissime for the entire period concerned. It is therefore obvious that our booking did not lead to the refusal of any other request and that its cancellation did not cause any harm to the property. The riad has not suffered any financial loss due to an inability to accommodate other customers, which makes its refusal of reimbursement all the more incomprehensible and unjustifiable.
The argument that we “chose” an option without cancellation is particularly questionable, as no alternative with cancellation was offered at the time of booking. It is therefore dishonest to blame the customer for a choice that was never offered to him.
For comparison:
the airline fully refunded our flights within 4 days,
Parking costs for our vehicle, which were booked without cancellation option, were also reimbursed in exceptional circumstances, taking into account the situation.
These commercial gestures show a real respect for the customer – exactly the opposite of Riad Oasissime’s attitude.
Since then, no response to our emails. We are simply ignored.
After investing our savings in this stay, which we have never been able to enjoy, this establishment leaves us without recourse, out of pure rigidity and greed, depriving us of any possibility of future holidays.
An establishment that sorely lacks humanity, professionalism and consideration for its guests.
We strongly discourage this riad, especially if you value the sense of service and the handling of exceptional situations.

4 days stay in Marrakech
Very nice experience in Marrakech. The Ryad is beautiful, very clean, breakfasts and meals are excellent.
The staff is very kind and Saida the housewife is always available with a smile as a bonus.

Stayed 3 nights at Riad oasissime, Marrakech
Pleasant stay, super nice staff, attentive, but mentality of the house do a maximum of business in addition to your stay, for the activities proposed on your arrival beware!!!much more expensive than outside for nothing more personalized (same circuit for everyone) summary: sleep there for the location ok,but for the rest: walks, massages and meals take advantage of the offers outside the riad! Enjoy your stay
