Iesha was the main person who checked me in, checked me out, prepared delicious tea service and kept my room spotless. She greeted me every day and made me feel like family. I can’t recall the gentleman’s name but he always saw me in when I stayed out enjoying Marrakech at night. I recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a sweet place to stay while in Marrakech. The air conditioning froze me the first night until I figured out how to work it. Not their fault, language barrier.

Horrific experience

If you find the place even with Google Maps to the first... prize. Although it is inside the Medina, they close the doors of it and you have to turn a thousand times to get there. It doesn't come to Riyadh or a bad pension. Zero Spanish, nobody understands you and almost not in English. It is a dark place with no window to the outside, overlooks the hallway, super small rooms, lots of noise, and the best toilet is inside the same room, if yes, not behind a door, in the same room only covered with two little wooden things, privacy, hygiene 0. No plug was working, we claimed every day and nothing, we loaded mobiles in bars in the street, the sink stuck from the first day, we warned and so it got stuck, the heat inside the room horrible and the air did not work... it will be central but it is a gap poorly put and without any maintenance or fix anything. Horrific experience

The staff did not seem to be prepared for us and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the second level.
One night we were the only people in the place, no other guests or staff which did not make us feel very secure.
The room, while nice, overlooked a construction site full of trash. Not the hotel's fault but it took away from the experience.
Worst of all, there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Just a too-small curtain, which seemed weird.

Friendly, welcoming staff, clean, great breakfast, comfortable bed,.....please note that there's no little bathing pool here, not at issue for me in early February, but a factor to consider during the hotter months. Very enjoyable and i would happily recommend!

My air conditioning unit didn’t work, which made it incredibly hot in the Moroccan weather. Besides that this place was amazing, and would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be right in the heart of the medina.
