You need to stay here!

Riad Kniza was truly amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful and offers an authentic Moroccan experience.
Mohammed was a gracious host, and his wonderful staff matched his hospitality every step of the way. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely took the time to learn my likes and dislikes, making my stay feel personal and special.
The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional. This was one of the highlights of my trip, and I can’t wait to come back and share this experience with my family.

Serenity in the chaos!

Serenity from the moment we arrived. A beautiful quiet riad, super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, great location to easily get into the centre of the medina. Great breakfast. Could not ask for more. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks to the team for making our stay amazing.

Lovely stay at Riad Kniza

We stayed two nights at Riad Kniza and loved it. The Riad is easy to get to from one of the gates to the old city when you arrive, and an easy 10-15 minute walk into Jemaa El Fna.
The staff were all warm and welcoming. The building itself was beautiful. The rooftop terrace and poolside were both nice places to take a break from the chaos of the Medina.
Would recommend Riad Kniza.

Hotel was greatly located. It was clean, peaceful, beautiful, great breakfast, but the most important thing was the service by the personnel, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we needed, in the Riad or any activity we had planned. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous riad with service above and beyond

I could write thousands of words about Riad Kniza and still not capture our delight. Everything about this riad is exceptional; atmosphere, service, cleanliness, design, you name it. From the moment we arrived we were warmly, genuinely welcomed and our every need cared for. As an example, on the day of our arrival we had reservations at a restaurant overlooking Jemaa el-Fnaa, but upon arrival we found it inexplicably closed. We made a phone call to Riad Kniza asking if they could provide us dinner; upon returning to the riad, we were not only served an excellent dinner, but a beautiful musical accompaniment (oud) had been thoughtfully provided as well. This is the sort of service you can expect from Riad Kniza. They not only beautifully fulfill their own obligations, but they graciously and seamlessly manage unexpected requests.
The owner, Mohammed, is clearly a man of exquisite tastes and broad, deep interests. He maintains a personal museum of Berber crafts and artifacts that must be seen to be believed. His wall of photos includes presidents, royalty and A-list celebrities. Maybe most importantly, he made us feel as though we belonged among them.
This is one of the few lodgings that doesn't engage in wide-angle photography to make the rooms look bigger than they are; what you see is exactly what you get.
I hope to return to Marrakech and I can't imagine staying anywhere else.
