Nessa is wonderful, she explained everything to me to come and go places, tips, super attentive, close and friendly. Leaving very early the next day he agreed to leave me breakfast early. The spotless and beautiful room (I had the room Amina, orange everything). Thank you billions, if I come back here I know it's great

We were standing in front of a closed door (closed!! 10.03.2026)

Is Closed!!(10.03.2026) Super Bad! We have booked, arrived after a long journey- barely found and then CLOSED!!!! A neighbor informs us that it is being rebuilt and it is not currently being operated! Fun to stand in a foreign country from a closed riad booked by TUI. Booking.com then helped us to a new accommodation... unbelievable..on top of that it was paid!!!

Riad Habib

Not best ,even not good place to stay in marrakech.
1) rooms on first view looks very nice but need much better cleaning, pernamently stinky, table for breakfast with birds poo
2) Breakfast included- only 4 pancakes, 2 buns and jam ( highly not recommended)
3)location on very very busy area. 3 min walk between building ( not feel safe) from main market road. But close to many attractions. Next time definitely choice New Medina area, much clearer and safer.
Owner lady not accepting location money only euro ( don't understand) when i told her we don't have euro she accepting dirham but on very poor exchange. In exchange shop was 1:10 but in the riad was 1:8.
On my opinion not worth to stay !!!!!

They will steal your money

Last year we went to Marrakech with a friend and made the mistake to book this Riad. In short, do not trust the people working there because they will steal your money.
When we arrived, the Riad was nothing like advertised, there were fairly big cracks in the wall, and strong humidity odors. One of the rooms, the double-bed in the first floor (I believe the Yasmina) did not have any fan or AC despite being advertised as so. Half of the electric plugs didn't work, and the installation was poorly made and unsafe.
For all of these reasons, we tried to leave and go to a different Riad. The employee told us (quite literally) that the problems we were describing would took a long time to be solved. After talking to him for a long time, he made us talk to the owner. In total, it took us about an hour to talk to both of them. The owner agreed finally to return our money and let us go.
After all of this, the employee cut off the internet as we were trying to book another Riad. Luckily, we were able to book it before. They gave us our money, and we left thinking that this was it. However, three days later, as we were preparing to leave Marrakech, they charged us via my credit card through Booking. We went there and knock at the door, and despite hearing noises from inside, they did not open the door or respond. Other Riads in the vicinity open thinking that we were knocking at their doors, so they could definitely hear us.
When we tried to get refunded, the owner lied and said that he had never agreed to give us our money back.
I have seen three other Riads in town and they were amazing and comparatively much better than this scam, Riad Andalla, Riad Ago and Marana. They are much better options.

Dangerous in the night

DO NOT COME AT NIGHT (Day is safe). Please read all: I was traveling with my mother and we were late, about 11.30pm. Two men insisted on helping us find the Riad and although I was clear (I knew I had to go around the secret garden), one of them went ahead “telling us” the way. When we arrived at the Riyadh his companion had gone ahead and was waiting for us at the door. They asked me for a tip, I gave them 40dirham (which is a good tip in local currency), but they told me that was not good for them, that I had to give them 20€ for walking 500m, that is 200dirham (the same as the taxi cost me) !!!!!!!!!! Fortunately Yamel who is the Riyadh employee defended us, fought with them and called the police. It was the worst travel experience I've ever had, and my mother was so scared.
This does not reflect the experience inside the Riyadh, given that the Habib employees were very friendly, the impressive breakfast served on the terrace, the comfortable beds although it smelled very damp. However my overall rating cannot be high because for me and my mother (in this case) the experience left us very puzzled and she has been very afraid. The other days we went in and out without a problem we had no feeling of insecurity again.
