Friendly people

This is a fantastic location all in walking distance to the Medina and a short drive from the airport. The Riad was a beautiful comfortable with exceptionaly friendly staff, very helpful. The breakfast which is included was just average. However there are many places to choose from which you can go to for a reasonable price.

Lovely riad

Wonderful stay. Riad has a beautiful patio area with relaxing plunge pool. Asma was extremely helpful throughout our stay and Tariq also happy to provide any support.

don't miss this riad.

this place was beautifull! Very comfortable and peacefull. The breakfast was generous and very good. the Riad was very clean and the staff were amazing. We had forgotten to give them the keys when we left and only reallized halfway to casablanca... they accommodated us and were able to wait for our return a week after!!! We felt so bad that when we came back we wanted to give a nice generous tip and the girl refused the tip!!! Great place to go.

The riad is absolutely gorgeous and a quiet safe haven to retreat to after a hectic day in the centre. I found it easier to approach through Derb Dekkak, but even then is hard to find the first time. Keep looking though, it's worth it!

Charming riad just a few minutes from the Medina but....

Riad as described, charming, spacious room, king-size bed, and beautiful bathroom, but a few points need to be reviewed when aiming for this price level (€100/night): room La Palmeraie
- Uncomfortable bed (very hard) and a significant bump at the junction of the two mattresses
- Bathroom door that does not close (unfortunate for privacy in the toilet),
- The shower water pressure increases randomly and the temperature is uncontrollable (burning then cold),
- No shower gel (only shampoo) while the neighboring room has the consumables provided correctly,
- shower tray with a slope: 4 cm of water stagnates in the shower after each use... It is quite unpleasant to step into stagnant dirty water with each new shower.
- TV in Arabic, we had to ask for help to change the language.
- Wifi not indicated in the rooms. We requested it the day after our arrival.
- breakfast: 5 breakfasts taken at the hotel early in the morning, and unfortunately, this one was always incomplete compared to the description on the menu (no honey served, no yogurt, no briouate, no fruit salad).
In short... A cute little riad, but it is not worth the price charged given the issues mentioned above and the quality level of the riads already tested in Marrakech.
