The room was clean, a decent size, and located near a few different stores. Iwas able to order Globo which is like uber eats to the hotel in case you don't feel like going out to eat for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't too big was there was a decent variety and you are able to order eggs cooked to your liking if you ask. Overall, it was a good stay and i would stay here again if I'm in the area.

To flee there is so much better

15 minutes waiting for the receptionist.
First room proposed was not made and in very bad condition. Terrible bed, open window, etc.
The second room does not match the reservation as 2 twin beds instead of a double bed.
3rd proposed bedroom smelled like sewers
In the end I took the 2 twin beds because full hotel while I booked in July 2025 and pre-checked online 3 days before!!
More generally aging hotel. Dirty and poorly maintained. Magnetic cards that demagnetize. I didn't come here every year for 5 years and I wouldn't come back again I don't recommend!

All right.

We had a great stay at the Relax Marrakech hotel. The welcome was warm upon arrival and the staff was always nice with us.
The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Small negative though: the shower leaks easily, which caused us several small inconveniences during the stay.
The breakfast was good and varied, although we thought self-serve eggs and fruit would be missing to be even better.
The hotel is also very well located: quite close to the center with easy access to transport, while being away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech city center.
Special mention to the agent present in the evening who kindly served us a tea, a very appreciated attention

Very bad service

The dumbest hotel. The one I've met.
For breakfast, you have to ask for a spoon, a juice glass, fried eggs.

My experience at the Relax hotel

Great location, a good 3 Moroccan stars. High quality Service. Little pressure in the sdb, a cockroach walking around. No ce.rrier on the outside.
