Scam on the name!

In Morocco, the rating of star hotels is not based on quality but on quantity. It's the law. For a 5-star I need 1 swimming pool, 1 SPA at least 2 restaurant including 1 Moroccan restaurant, 1 valet, about 5% of rooms that are suites of a certain area, etc. Nothing says that it must be beautiful, good, safe or polite.
Therefore, the palace of Anfa (5 stars on paper) actually has
- a microscopic and disgusting swimming pool on the roof
-of a filthy SPA, there are no other words
-silly restaurants.
I will not detail the advances made in this hotel for several days but it is neither a 5 star nor a palace. It is a hotel in disarray, without maintenance, served by a staff demotivated by the decrepitude that strikes the establishment.
And daring to charge the room 150 euros a night (when the minimum wage is 350 euros in the country) is a disgrace.
There's nothing to say to save this hotel, you have to either upgrade it or lower prices drastically.

Terrible

Staff doesn’t speak english at all also rude specially bassam from room service. Reception at night make me come down and took me to kitchen to see face to face with bassam and speak frence only with him
