Great lodge

Very clean lodge, great welcome and very good tagine! Ideal for spending a night on the way back from Mount Toubkal. Access to Imlil via the very nice waterfall.
Starting point for a morning mountain bike ride in the magnificent valley. Our host (Hamad) has a great sense of humor!

Delightful stay in Mount Toubkal Lodge and ascent of the mountain

We spent two nights at Mount Toubkal Lodge and it was absolutely perfect. Hamed was so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We had only booked for one night, but he was so helpful and let us stay for two. We climbed Mount Toubkal over two days and hired a guide, Abdul Abderazzak who was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly from the moment we met him and it was thanks to him that we made it to the top. He was considerate and attentive, very encouraging and incredibly patient. If you are going to climb Mount Toubkal, I would definitely recommend Abdul. He always made sure we had enough to eat and that we were ok on the mountain. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. I would recommend staying at Mount Toubkal Lodge and enjoying the hospitality of Hamed, combined with an ascent of Mount Toubkal with Abdul - it was the perfect combination!

Treated like family

10/10 stay - the most helpful hosts Hassan and Abdul! They looked after us like family. We had an issue with our guide and needed to find another one last minute and they jumped to our rescue and we’re on the phone making calls until they found one for us! Not to mention one of the best guides Siaheed! Would definitely ask for this guide if needed. Hassan and Abdul would not let us leave the homestay until we were fully prepared with crampons, water, gloves. Like I said it feels like how family would treat you! They even let us come back and chill in the homestay after our hike while they organised a taxi for us. The property itself clean, homely and has the best views of the mountains! Would 100% recommend to a friend

Amazing experience!

I stayed here longer than originally planned for good reason. The views, the tranquility, the hospitality, everything was spot on. I arrived at lunchtime and was treated to some Goat/rice and salad which i had sat on the terrace over looking Mt Toubkal. Quite special..Hassan was a great host, always there to help whether it be for directions/organising a guide, preparing Tea and any other information i needed. He's also the chef there and i don't think I had a better Tagine in Morocco than his. You must stay here if you're coming to Mt Toubkal!!!

Great rest after 2 days Toubkal climb!

On the end of January I have been in Toubkal Lodge for 1 night on my return from Toubkal climb. I was clearly surprised by level of interior and how comfortable room was. Hasan, who cared about me as about his own family member, is forever in my memories as one of incredibly nice Berberian persons I have met. At the end of the very very long and cold day the fire in fireplace was the best what Hasan did for me :-)) Followed by excellent kuskus I have this evening in my best travel memories! Thank you, Hasan :-)))
