Disgusting

A state of dirt like I have rarely seen. The torn, yellowed sheets were not changed. Hair and fur everywhere in the bed.
The state of the carpet is a disaster. My daughter was barefoot for 5 minutes; her feet were black.
Urine everywhere in the toilets, mold ...
We decided to change hotels; they agreed to refund us for 3 nights out of the 4 we had booked. We waited 4 hours at the reception to get a decision with our 3 children.
Thanks nonetheless to the receptionist who did what he could.
This hotel is a disgrace.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly front desk personnel who were happy to answer all my questions.
The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and d linens, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. The amenities provided, including the in-room coffee maker and complimentary toiletries, added a luxurious touch.
The hotel's location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, which were well-maintained and inviting.
One highlight of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options on the menu, and the staff provided excellent service.
Overall, Hock Lee Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return on my next visit!
