Very accomodating hotel

Booked this no frills hotel through Booking.com. Unfortunately, I had to cut the trip shorter by a day. The hotel kindly allowed me to carry forward the unused night to a future stay. Very appreciative of this.
Although no food is served at the premises, there is a open air food court with plenty of variety of food choices.
Extremely friendly and helpful front office staff.
Rooms are clean and practical.

Generally OK. The best thing about the hotel was its location. The food in this hotel was average, the price was also fair. The parking at the basement was most convenient to us, unfortunately we need to walk up, no lift from basement.

Good budget hotel

The room is small but enough to move around. Toilet come will street view which is a plus. Foodcourt right behind the hotel is definitely superb. Lots of local good food at night, wanton noodle is a must try.
Satay Zul just a 3min walk as well.
Plenty of parking.
Cons- ashtray provided in the room, smoke smell all over the corridor.

Overnight visit to Kuantan

We had a family room - 1 queen, 2 single beds. The receptionist was helpful. Its a budget hotel, so you can't expect much but I think its quite worth the value. There's also a food court right at the back with a wide range of food, opened till late night.
Its rather quiet and easy accessible. I like the wifi and especially the number of power outlets available!

I dont know what your night staff doing because he using hearephone.i come to counter around 12am something just want to ask where i could i get hot water before i going down i try call many times but there is no answer and went i go to front dest then i know why my call no answering and at couter i keep calling him but still he dont realised i infront of him.when i check out i ask the person of night staff she said Mr Hairi.so please management take action on this issue otherwise you gonna lose your guest.about the hotel all good n clean.sorry i got to give 1 star.
