Wonderful Service Throughout My Stay
Had a great stay at Courtyard Hotel 1Borneo. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Terrible check in experience. Booked for triple room but being assigned executive room. Wait for half hours then change to triple room. Room with space and mention can add 1 extra bed but refuse to add by hotel manager. Luckily the house keeping department assist to. Room with free parking facility but no parking for us. The toilet bowl also out of order and unable to flush. Very terrible. Not recommend

Upon review, we found that there was an internal error in the room assignment, where a double room was mistakenly reserved instead of a triple. While this was not intentional, we understand how it affected your first impression, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to rectify the situation.
Regarding the extra bed arrangement, please note that our room types and policies are set according to standard capacity and safety regulations. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, such requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility at the time.
We’re pleased to know our housekeeping team was able to assist you during your stay. Concerning the issue with the toilet, our records show that it was promptly attended to and resolved by our team. Please note that the plumbing issue was caused by an unusual blockage, and there were no prior complaints about the toilet in that room. Nonetheless, we have taken steps to ensure all facilities are thoroughly inspected and maintained.
With regards to parking, please note that complimentary parking is granted to guests staying in Deluxe Rooms and above, which includes the Triple Room booked under your reservation. However, parking spaces are limited and operated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak periods or when hotel functions are taking place, all available lots may be occupied. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

So bad, no one is speaking English, mmmp its hard to communicate. Food in breakfast has only 2 choices. Shower is terrible, water is like raindrops,

The room was compact but well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had good water pressure. I appreciate that the room came with basic amenities such as clean towels, toiletries, and a safe deposit box. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, which is a big plus for digital nomads or business travelers.

Nice hotel to stay but on basic need as they claimed they area trying their best in accommodating patron's need with affordable room rate. So all amenities will charged according to our need.
