Unsafe Room Hazard, Guest Injury & Zero Accountability
Sustained a puncture wound on my foot inside Room 1201 due to exposed, unmaintained hardware on the floor threshold. While staff inspected the defect on-site, management’s post-stay response has been appalling.
After offering a minor conditional upgrade for a future stay as a "gesture of goodwill," front office staff completely ignored my follow-up—including my explicit request to escalate and CC General Manager Teekay Goh—and have gone completely silent for over two weeks.
Zero accountability, severe negligence regarding guest room maintenance, and an utter failure in basic escalation governance. Avoid this property if you value guest safety and professional service.

Still the good hotel but really poor breakfast
However the breakfast was getting from bad to worst as we went to the restaurant at about 7am, several dishes were either empty or almost empty. These were not refilled even after half an hour. I had no choice but to kept eating whatever was left and if the breakfast wasn’t part of the room booking, I would have not added it.
I sincerely hoped that the hotel would look into the breakfast experience which had let such a good place to stay down.

Concierge staffs were very helpful and friendly. Room attendance were very good and helpful.
Water dispenser makes life easier for drinking.
The few staffs at the business centre, such as Kayum, Achik, Alwiyah, etc are all fantastic! Always serving with such charming smile, ever so helpful.
