Good location. With nice amenities. Easy to check-in.
Only down side, confusing for drivers staying there for the first time.

Management was friendly and easy communications via Whatsapp.

Security is friendly
Room was great, clean, new, simplicity yet well furnished with plates. Utensils, cups, snacks & water.
Rooftop with 360 views, Poolside, Games Room, Gym, function room . (sadly when we chevkin, pool was closed for maintenance)
Amenities Surronding : Many food and ahops within e vicinity. Nearby to many must visit area.
Grabs/In DRive apps are easily avail.

NOT AS PICTURED. Accommodation is not as good as advertised. When we checked in at 9pm, the bathroom was wet and the faucet was leaking. The bathroom door also not in good condition. Management should ensure that everything is ready to welcome the guest and in good condition. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also not good, the walls and floor are not washed clean. The furnishings and bedding are also not as good as the price paid, there are stains marks on the bed sheets. towels are worn-out and small in size. Please provide better quality and comfortable bedding and towels. Note to Guest: Please read carefully the rules and policy. Check out time and deposit RM300 (refund within 7days). The building also not in good maintenance. Dirty floor, rubbish not cleaned. Self check in, check out proses not smooth, complicated. Overall, bad experience, not recommended and not coming again.

2. Regarding the bathroom faucet, we understand that it was inconvenient for you, and our team offered to send someone to repair it immediately. However, we respect your decision to decline as you needed rest at that time.
3. We strive to provide our guests with a fair balance of quality and value, and we believe our pricing reflects the services we offer. That being said, we will continue to review and improve to meet our guests' expectations.
4. We did not receive any prior feedback about the bedsheets during your stay, but we always aim to provide clean and well-maintained bedding.

The location is very good. Got very nice mountain view. Good for family gatherings. Carpark turning radius can be quite tight if you driving bigger car.
