Pobyt: lut 2026

The room was dirty with bugs and cockroaches everywhere, the hot water service did not work properly, the bedroom air conditioning did not work properly, room was in severe need of maintenance. The agent was contacted regarding these issues and was purely a patch up process. I would suggest to anyone thinking of staying here to look for another place.

Cleanliness - all towel got stain. Even requested to change a new one were still the same.
Location near to Lotus but no pedestrian access. Need walk about 20min to reach there. 
Landlord not sharing any info before a day of check in. End up the day I check in, landlord MIA and uncontactable until I make a compliant to Trip.com. The landlord then will ask a foreigner as runner to guide u to the room. 
No water, no toothbrush, no shampoo…
