A place called home away from home

This service apartment located in a convenience spot. The nearby Queensbay Mall is only a few minutes ride away. There are coffee shops, restaurants and convenient stores within easy walking distance.
We have a well appointed one bedroom apartment. The layout is great with everything available to make our stay comfortable.
Breakfast is available at the Iconic Hotel next door. It offers a variety of delicious options. The amenities include a pool, a gym, a children area and a place to exercise. The exclusive panorama sea views can be enjoyed from the roof top infinity pools and in many rooms.
Our room is serviced daily by their friendly staff.
The whole Iconic Team has done a great job of building this place an excellent option for a Penang stay!

The apartment "looked" really nice, but past the looks the functionality was tired. Towel hooks in the bathroom fell off when the heavy towels they provided were out on (it was stuck on, rather than nailed in), bathroom door latch stuck onwards so unable to close the door, no laundry detergent provided as stated and little hangers/place to dry clothes. Hopefully this is just the one apartment with the problems. During our stay, could hardly singing from somewhere, from 8-9pm until 12-1am. Despite windows closed.
Otherwise, there was good window views from the apartment. The rooftop pool was good. The location is ok, but you need a car. Parking was good and free.

Its a fairly new property. Very clean, staff is very helpful. All amenities is well provided. Highly recommended . Got 2 room residence. Very spacious with good kitchenette provision.
