Horrible.

Stranded due to cancellation of flights we landed in this shabby hotel where rooms are $140 with a horrible breakfast. Rooms with views of a wall, not maintained every day. Very bad memory. Go your way.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Booked well in advanced with very good rate. Guess what? On arrival day booking was cancelled by hotel saying my credit card is not working although it was working perfectly well and my booking said pay at the property! They resell the rooms with higher rate and just cancel your booking with no reason. STAY AWAY!!!

Dismal experience

I booked a room for one night at Avoca Inn well in advance of my travel date.
I requested a pick up from the airport 3 times. There was no response to these requests & at this point I should have followed my gut instinct & booked at another hotel.
On arrival at 12:30 am I was told my booking had been cancelled & the hotel had no other rooms available. It was suggested that I try another hotel a short walk away. There was no way I was going to drag my luggage around at that time of night.
I showed the booking confirmation to the receptionist & insisted that she find me a room which did eventually happen.
I'm an elderly solo female traveller & this was an appalling way to be treated.

My feelings are really cozy and lovely.but I can't go to the rooftop.This is very sad for us.I love Kaia's chinese skills and he

When I came to this hotel I didn't expect too much.But When I reached the room it was very cozy. The hotel is near the airport and the beach as well. All of the staff are friendly , Kaia is really friendly and we can communicate easily with her.Cz she can speak Chinese like a native.She has a sweet smile and when we want to know anything she explains patiently.The breakfast is just normal , but I love their welcome juice.
In a nutshell,I can recommend this hotel.

Worst experience at a hotel.

My worsr experience at a hotel.
The room and washroom is so tiny and the washroom has no floor towels.
The housekeeping didn’t clean our room and we stayed 2 nights like that.
It is not at all value for money and the breakfast was bad so we had to do breakfast outside.
