Love this place!
The staff are fantastic, the location excellent, the rooms spotlessly clean and the views are stunning.
We stayed in a more expensive hotel on the other side of the Island and both thought that Mora Mora was better value and a nicer experience all round.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is just under 6km from the ferry port and transport to the hotel is very easy to find.
The area nearby is great for exploring by bicycle and we thought that the snorkelling on the east of the island (Mora Mora Village) was better than the west as there were no sea urchins (May/ June 2017).
We stayed in a more expensive hotel on the other side of the Island and both thought that Mora Mora was better value and a nicer experience all round.

Simply a dream place!
Its hard to describe the Mora Mora village, but in little words it is absolutely the place with the best value for money we have ever visited!
The Mora Mora Village is located on a quiet place on the east side of the island Ile Saint Marie in front of the coral reef that forms a large natural pool beautifully colored, where the sea is always calm and shallow.
The Village is about 6 km from the town Ambodifotatra (located on the west of the island) which is connected via a dirt road and reached in ca. 20 minutes aboard a tuc tuc. We have several times made the journey on foot (about 1 hour's walk), but do not be put off by the distance, because it is a pleasant walk through fields, rice paddies and several villages.
The village overlooks the sea and the bungalows (all equipped with bathroom and shower with hot water) are large, bright, very clean, nicely furnished and with a covered porch.
The village also has an outstanding restaurant where we always had a magnificent lunch and diner and at very low prices! Excellent the breakfasts!
Finally I can not fail to mention the owners, very kind, helpful and always available. Only thanks to them we were able to continue our journey, they solved our problem caused by the sudden shift by the Air Madagascar of our flight.
In conclusion we can only recommend this beautiful place ideal if you are looking for a bit of relax, beautiful sea as the Seychelles (but at very low prices) where we spent six dream days!
P.S. From the village you can go on a hike to the Ile aux Sables, sandbanks placed on the edge of the reef reached in ca. 30 minutes with a motorized canoe and from which you can do snorkeling. Amazing! Not to be missed!!

Fantastica
Finalmente dopo tanto viaggiare per il Madagascar sono riuscita a raggiungere l'isola di Île Sainte-Marie o Nosy Boraha VERAMENTE FANTASTICA ,la sua bellezza ,con il suo verde spettacolare, va conquistato , si cari viaggiatori, per arrivare qui ci vuole pazienza, perseveranza, tenacia ;pensavo che le strade dell'Est fossero in condizioni migliori INVECE .....
Ma parliamo della struttura gestita da un Italiano veramente Cordiale, Gentile, Educato che ci ha accolti in modo veramente impeccabile( grazie Paolo).
La struttura è situata davanti all'oceano,le cui onde di infrangono sulla barriera corallina, i bungalow sono veramente carini, puliti, i bagni pulitissimi, acqua calda a volontà.
La ristorazione il suo forte è la colazione veramente abbondante.
Il giardino è curatissimo un piccolo paradiso

Un perla di fronte la barriera corallina
Questo hotel è spettacolare. Sul lato est dell'isola di Nosy Boraha, a qualche centinaia di metri dalla seconda barriera corallina più grande al mondo, dopo quella australiana. Il mare, soprattutto la mattina, è meraviglioso. Pochi hotel sono nel lato est dell'isola, ma sinceramente non ne capisco il perchè. Probabilmente, la strada parecchio danneggiata è il principale motivo. Paolo, il proprietario, è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci ha aiutato con l'organizzazione del viaggio e gliene siamo grati. Posto consigliatissimo.

posto incantevole
siamo stati da Paolo a pranzo recentemente, pur non avendo soggiornato abbiamo potuto stare l'intera giornata facendo un ottimo bagno in un mare invitante ed abbiamo provato l'ottima cucina. Ciao Paolo dai tuoi amici
