Very poor quality rooms, outdated and filthy

Very disappointed with the accommodation, it was filthy, shower blocked on the first day and flooded the bathroom. Out dated and over priced for what you get.

Wery unhelpful

Nice wiews quite place, but had to move out because wery unorganised and unhelpful staff, a specially Dovilė from reception. Paid for 6 nights but after 4 nights they decided to move us to different house and told us to move out before 11and move to another property at 15.00. I had plans that day somewhere else but they didn't care...

Appalling service, iniquitous behavior of the host

Paid for a nice, spacious and seemingly clean room on Airbnb, got the entirely different room with a dirty floor and smelly bathroom. The host was unresponsive and the receptionist told us that they sold the nice rooms to the foreign tourists who came before us, even though they also booked via Airbnb. This is morally wrong and disgusting.

Absolute rip-off

This was the most expensive campground in a month's camping. On the plus side, the facilities (toilets, showers) were perfect - modern and clean.
However, none of the facilities on the grounds were available. The waterslides were broken, the volleyball field shut, table tennis gone, etc. There was nothing available of the promised facilities.

Nice lakeside campsite for one night.

Positives:
- The guy at reception was nice, efficient and had a great level of English!
- Beautiful beach area and lake with view onto the castle - what a treat!
Negatives:
- It was quite noisy with people partying during the night.
- The sanitary equipments were not great.
- There were some insects, but this is to be expected next to a lake.
- The ground where we pitched our tent was a bit muddy.
- The pub/restaurant closes too early.

Thank you for your time to review your stay at SLENIS in Trakai. I am glad to hear you loved our private beach which have beautiful views to Trakai castle and I happy to hear reception staff had efficient English.
I am sorry to hear that sanitary equipments were not great and I also would like to apologies for the noise during your stay. I am a new General Manager here in SLENIS since November 2018 and we are doing lots of changes such as: renovating public shower/WC, doing new cooking room with cookers and fridge, renovating all rooms and summer houses so all our guests feel home away from home here in Trakai.
