Very good, and hugely helpful.

The apartment is modern, clean, private and well-equipped. The location is perfectly situated in the central street. For the price I would absolutely recommend it. But best of all was the helpfulness of Dalia, the Manager, who answered all my questions, and even ordered taxis for me. At the end of my stay I was quite ill and she took the trouble to go to the train station to buy a ticket for me, found me a doctor, and allowed me to check out late without charge.
So really I was impressed! A very good and reasonable option in the centre od Siauliai.

In the city centre

Located in the city centre but on the top of a bar/pub where a lot of people goes weekends, was not a lot noise outside but you can heard the music. Have smal but good kitchen with all staff. Didn´t like at all the beds.

Pleasant Surprise in Siauliai

My friend and I were searching for some accommodation in Siauliai, and for whatever reason everything was booked out. Thus we took a gamble on Litrada Apartment (always risky without a review), however the gamble paid off.
Litrada Apartment was about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus station and was centrally located right on the main shopping mall area where you could find plenty of restaurants. Also, the apartment was only 100m (if that) from the central tourist information center, where you could also hire bikes as to get to the Hill of the Crosses which is about 12kms away. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the apartment block that was happy to give us our food as take away, since we were tired from our ride out to the Hill of the crosses.
The apartments were very clean and tidy, fully self contained and also had a washing machine, which is perfect for the long term traveller to get some washing done while on the move. Unfortuntely there was no clothes airer to dry them on, but fortunately we had our portable clothes lines thus creating a Chinese laundry throughout the apartment. There was also free WiFi in the building.
The real estate agent who was in charge of the apartment was very helpful to us with providing a map of the area as well as giving advice on what we could see. However, since these are apartments without a service desk you need to make a time to meet the real estate agent as to collect the keys and drop them off.
Despite needing to climb about 7 flights of stairs (these were very easy to climb), I would highly recommend staying in these apartments when in Siauliai. They are very new and modern looking and being self-contained are perfect for anything from 1 night to a week.

Keskustan kävelykadulla sijaitseva loistava majoitusvaihtoehto

Aivan ydinkeskustassa sijaitsevat pankin yläkerran uudehkot huoneistot, joissa täydellinen varustus asumiseen, astiat, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, ilmastointilaite. Ilmainen nopea WiFi. Varauksen jälkeen saa numeron johon soittaa, kielitaitoinen ja ystävällinen nainen tuli paikalle ja opasti kuinka kulkea sisään ja missä maksuton pysäköintihallipaikka jne. Erinomainen palvelu.

perfetto!

Ottimo appartamento sulla via pedonale principale di Siauliai. Completamente nuovo e spazioso, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Buona anche la sicurezza in quanto l'ingresso al palazzo può avvenire solo con un codice segreto. Unico neo la presenza di una discoteca proprio nel seminterrato...
