Would stay again

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay

Lovely hotel. Located a short walk from old town and all the restaurants/activity but on a quiet street. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast cook went out of her way to make my husband breakfast early one morning when he showed up a full hour before breakfast started. Parking available on site, it was full when we arrived, but it was the weekend so street parking was free and we parked right in front of the hotel. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and working AC. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, be aware of the stairs

We stayed here for two nights.
At first glance, it looks like you are entering a residential building, which it probably once was.
Guest rooms are spread over four floors — note that there is no elevator.
Reception and breakfast room are located in the basement.
The amenities and cleanliness of the deluxe room on the 4th floor were fantastic, very modern. The air conditioning works well, and there is even an additional ventilation system. The friendliness of the various staff members was excellent.
The breakfast offered everything you need in the morning.
The walk to the old town takes about 10 minutes. We also felt the area was safe in the evening. In addition, you can park your car at the hotel for €5 per night.
Clear recommendation. However, anyone who requires an elevator or has difficulty with stairs should think carefully before booking.

Be careful with the use of the sign outside the door of the room!

The room is quite small for 3 people, and the bathroom is even more cramped: a tiny sink with no counter space, so we were forced to put the only chair in the bathroom. The shower is very large, probably for accessibility reasons.
The breakfast is good.
We were very upset because when we returned on the second day, the room had not been cleaned. The receptionist justified herself by saying that we had not hung the "make the room" sign outside the door. It is common practice everywhere that in the absence of contrary indications (i.e., the "do not disturb" sign), the room should be cleaned. If the rules are different, they should be made explicit, both verbally and in writing in the room. Moreover, in the form filled out during check-in, it was asked whether we wanted daily cleaning, and we indicated yes!

Absolutely brilliant for us!

This hotel offers so much and is superbly appointed, well managed with friendly and attentive staff. Our receptionist could not have been more helpful! Stylish property, fantastic room and bathroom; breakfast was a dream and safe parking at the side of the property (EUR 10). For seniors or others with walking concerns, there is no lift at the property but otherwise this hotel was one of the highlights of our overnight stops in the Baltic.
