PHENOMENAL

I have 3 premium bungalows and we come as a family, just say that it is the only hotel that has offered me the premium service of varad, the only one that greeted us so kindly with cocktails and explained in detail the premium service, grateful to the boy who explained the premiun service and the head of reception and the whole team both addiel and ismary I think is so the head of the buffet, we entered the 15th February until the 19th and I only have words of thanks for making me feel so good, we came from the sanctuary and the great memories hotels of more stars that for nothing gave us the premium service that I hired, but really this three starfish hotel has valued us more than the other two I mentioned, we are repeating, we have three nice bungalows renovated and I am very satisfied, there is almost everything of food although as in all hotels in Cuba there is always something missing but really food there , also express my great surprise when at dinner the hotel director a Spaniard showed up to present himself and worry about our stay, I was surprised because in 16 years that I have been coming to Cuba ever no director deigns to present and less worry about our stay, I have been staying in real service in Meliá and in all the luxury hotels , but to say that here in the starfish beach a three star hotel and still with the difficulties that there is in the country is the best hotel that I feel truly at ease
My congratulations to all the hotel staff for making me and my family feel so good

FANTASTIC

Entry on 15 February with family. I have 3 premium bungalow. I can only tell you that it is the only hotel that has received me as a real premium service, we were given welcome cocktail, explained everything in detail as it should be and put the minibar and everything wonderful and it is a 3 star hotel that I assure you that the treatment received has already made me feel phenomenal even though in all hotels in Cuba always something is missing. Since February 3rd, I have been in premium hotels in varadero, neither the grand aston nor the sanctuary grand memories have treated me as here in starfish varadero. The bungalow renovated wonderfully to both me and the family. Just to say that a 3-star hotel has served me better than the grand aston and the sanctuary. The food is fine, there are pizza and variety of products within the situation that the country lives. I feel great and so does my family. We're repeaters. Today the director came to the dinner to meet us and introduce me, I was open-mouthed, never a Cuban hotel had welcomed me like this. The head of reception a wonder and the others too. Ismaray,addiel and all very well trying to get us through the 4 days as well as possible. See if the lords of the grand aston and the sanctuary are learning

First day, there was no beer, restaurant only water and artificial lemonade filled with smoke from the irons, zero ventilation and hellish heat.

The first-line beach is very beautiful, clean, and safe. However, please exercise caution when purchasing items from the beach,

This establishment is a good fit for individuals who are less interested in food and prefer spending their time outdoors. While Cuba is currently experiencing a significant food supply shortage, the place itself is otherwise very positive and enjoyable.

Relaxation is a must

First time in this resort. A lot of fun entertaining staff and friendly atmosphere. Very accommodating and the night shows are the best part. The beach is close and has a lot of room for their guests. No disco is on site. Everything else is good! Fun time while it lasted. Older grown crowd
