Wonderful family vacation, with 5-star service.

Before starting, I want to thank Annie Pérez for her excellent service and the details she organized for my father's 70th birthday.
We always had positive experiences with the staff, with and without tips involved. I must highlight the girl who received (and saw off) us at the front desk. As a negative, at times we noticed a bit of disorder in the buffet area, but once they attended to you, it was with kindness and a desire to please. From this area, I must point out especially the girls who work together, (one of them is also an excellent singer), and the pregnant young woman who also attended to us with a lot of charisma. I regret not remembering their names, but I thank them for their attention toward my family.
The lobby bar worked very well during the early morning hours. Leo was always very attentive and willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are in great condition. The landscaping is also well-maintained and is impressive for its beauty.
Everything worked in our rooms (3 doubles), with the exception of the bathroom door in one, which slid with great difficulty. We decided not to request a room change, as it was a minor detail.
During our stay, the country's Electric Power System suffered a disconnection, but we barely noticed it.
The weakest point is the variety of the food: as main dishes they served chopped chicken (on many occasions, they gave us only bones), liver, ground meat, beef with potatoes (very tasty), and fish. Occasionally, pork chunks, and on only one occasion, seafood in sauce. With the exception of the chicken, which was sometimes a little undercooked, the rest of the food was well-prepared and had a very good flavor. The best meal of the day was breakfast. Highlight the natural mashed potatoes, the occasional appearance of blue cheese, and the waffles.
Regarding drinks, the non-alcoholic options were limited. I do not consume alcohol, and on many occasions I found myself drinking only water, or tea, since the instant strawberry soda available at the buffet was not to my liking. At the Mile's bar (during my stay, open only during World Cup matches), they did serve carbonated soft drinks like Coca-Cola or Seven Up. During our last lunch at the buffet, an orange carbonated soft drink was also available. The piña colada at the beach bar was a hit, as were the chicken salad sandwiches at La Finca (which operated as a snack bar at the time of our visit).
The pools were clean, and every day we saw the attendant working on both. This was a great relief, given that during our visit the sea was not at its best, and we couldn't enjoy the beautiful beach as much as we would have liked, so we had to explore the pools.
The price-quality ratio is excellent, so I recommend this hotel to any person/couple/family that does not have extremely high expectations regarding the gastronomy, and can appreciate the value of other services. Without a doubt, we would return.

We loved it, the service was super good, the food was varied both at breakfast and at lunch time, many sweets and natural juices, also several natural juices, everything super clean in the hotel, something that really impressed me was the attention of the catamaran staff on the beach because I am pregnant and at no time did they stop paying attention... truly thank God we spent a few quite calm and satisfied days, the only thing I can complain about is that there were mosquitoes but it is normal at this time but for everything else super good

Best experience ever

Awesome experience at this tourist resort where the beauty of the nature plus the warmth of the staff will make this episode unforgettable. Special thanks to Daily where the swimming towels are delivered. To Jessica and her voice like an angel singing every happy birthday and to so many others for their attention and care. These have been the best 4 days of my life where relax and fun have been all together. I can't wait to come back next year. Take my word for granted. You won't regret visiting this piece of paradise.

4-star hotel with food problems.

The hotel is very clean, the workers are exemplary. A negative point is the food; for 3 days, only grilled chicken, sometimes raw because the cook didn't have time with the hotel full. The sweets are of very poor quality, they all tasted the same. The food was saved by the snack bar with its excellent chicken sandwiches.
