This cosmopolitan and intimate hotel is located in the Vedado area. It offers guests and visitors excellent facilities due to its privileged location in the busiest, most modern part of La Rampa, which is considered Havana's entertainment hub and is only a few metres away. Here, guests will find the offices of all major airlines, radio and TV stations, cinemas, restaurants, exhibition halls, museums, cabarets, the International Press Centre, a branch of the Banco de Crédito y Comercio (Credit and Trade Bank), and the 200-year-old University of Havana. The room type we loved.

Hello my name is Liuva Miriela and that of my husband Osvaldo Díaz we went to the Hotel for the second time and the latter we were attended by the head of reception Edgar, by the way excellently well attended. We have gone to many hotels and we can say that it is one of what we liked most in terms of the type of room. It has a place in the room for the couple separately to have their space and be alone when you want to work on the laptop, watch TV, chat on the phone without having to disturb the couple. We enjoyed being given the room we wanted with a double bed. We loved the variety of mirrors in the room. Everything was super clean. From breakfast we can say that we liked the variety and everything very clean. I wish they had all-inclusive service.

A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE

It was one of the most terrible travel experiences of my life! A very dirty hotel, with staff, especially those at the front desk like the receptionist, who were extremely rude and unkind. That's "hotel" is poorly maintained and outdated, with worn furniture, broken fixtures, and unreliable hot water. Very old and dirty bathrooms. I had a damp room with old linens. The hotel’s nightlife venue and nearby bars make it noisy and uncomfortable for rest, while the air conditioning is often ineffective and noisy at night's. The breakfast was inedible due to midges and mosquitos above the dishes. Wi-Fi out of service and very weak. This hotel is really overpriced for what it offers. KEEP AWAY FROM IT!

Horror hotel and agency stayforlong not responding

We had booked in the Vedado 500 plus, and when we arrived we were told that it was closed being that we had booked it that same day in the morning and we were changed to this hotel of the same chain, but less category, it was dirty, there was no internet, the towels, the room everything was disgusting, the room had no light, the bathroom window was covered with a wood, and the window of the room could not open, there were holes covered with madra in the room, when we asked that we return the money or change us to another hotel but of the same category that we booked we were told that no, that we had to talk to the agency where we hired him, and of course stayforlong that is who we hired him does not answer us, and beware because stayforlong and logitravel is the same agency but with two different names.

A nightmare disguised as a hotel – escape while you still have time!

We booked for six nights, but we could only last two. This “hotel” was one of the most degrading and surreal experiences we have ever had in our lives.
As soon as you arrive, we discover that the hairdryer in the room was just an ornament – obviously not working. We ask for explanations at reception and, instead of receiving help, we are laughed at. Yes, he laughed. The staff literally laughs in our faces, nonchalantly telling us that no room has a working hairdryer. At the request of a simple adapter to use ours, encore laugh. No solution, just mockery.
But that's not all. We are placed on the 12th floor and the next day... the elevator is out of service. None of the staff took the slightest interest or offered assistance. With 40 degrees outside, climbing 12 stories on foot with luggage was hell.
The sheets? Dirty, with visible hair. The hallways? Destroyed tiles, an open and dangerous construction site. The hot water? Never received. And the staff? Nonexistent, arrogant, completely disinterested.
We paid for Wi-Fi that didn't work for a second. Breakfast, held in another hotel (yes, you read that right), was nothing short of disgusting. Inedible food, decadent environment and hostile staff, who looked at us as if we were a nuisance. Not a smile, just nervousness.
And the icing on the cake: no towels, no toilet paper. Nothing. We literally escaped from that hell.
Avoid him like the plague. It is not just a bad hotel: it is an insult to hospitality.
