Nice stay

Hotel is very calm and quiet. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't super various but satisfying. Very nice location, right in centre of the city. Very comfy to walk over Habana vieja

Good hotel for a short visit to Havana

We were almost the only guests during our tour and were very well looked after. The breakfast was very individual and rich, the rooms spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly.

Liebe Kunde war eine Freude, es hier in unserem Palacio Cueto Hotel zu erhalten. Seine Meinung zu unserem Service erfüllt uns mit viel Emotion. Wir hoffen, ihn im nächsten Jahr in unserer Installation wieder mit seiner Familie zu sehen, um sie weiter zu besuchen, wie sie es verdienen.

FLIGHT in the rooms

Hello, we went there for one night. I left my purse in the room without paying attention at breakfast. They took me 100 euros and hundreds of cuc. I strongly advise against staying there. They are thieves!!!

Bonjour dame ou M. Kahym, nous regrettons vraiment qu'une telle chose lui soit arrivée en 2024, je me suis mis à sa place et je serais très douloureuse pour moi. Mais que faire si je vous assure que de ce personnel dans notre hôtel, il n'y a personne, il est triste qu'en raison de cette expérience malheureuse que je ne puisse pas apprécier maintenant dans ce 2025 de nos services et le nouveau personnel compétent et respectueux que nous avons maintenant. Je suis l'un des nouveaux travailleurs qui aimeraient le connaître ou le connaître et changer cette mauvaise image qui a été créée en vous cette année-là. Nos excuses si personne ne s'était excusé auparavant. Et nous espérons qu'un jour je change d'avis et que je vois qu'il y a d'autres personnes et une autre direction de ces moments de notre hôtel. Salutations et ce fut un plaisir que mon nom est Zucett.

A little corner of Old Havana

A very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff and everything clean and very caring. It is in a perfect location to walk Old Havana. A little corner where you can rest and admire wonderful views of this city that surprises you from the sky to the sea.
