Excellent oasis in Puerto Jimenez

A great little oasis in Puerto Jimenez.
Spotlessly clean.
Owner Katya is a lovely person who makes you feel so welcome.
Kayla was also very helpful
The pool area is small but lovely. Plenty of comfortable outside spaces to relax. A kitchen to use and a fridge for guests to use.
Safe place to park the car. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bakery, grocery store
Lovely place very glad we stayed there for our 3 nights in Puerto Jimenez.

A true gem in Puerto Jimenez which felt like home

I stayed 4 nights at Inn Jiménez and what can I say. It's been the best acoomodation of my entire trip to Costa Rica. The hotel itself is absolutely nice. The rooms are greatand the outside area is fatanstic: you got a little pool and even a kitchen to cook. But above all, a heartful thank you to the host Katia. She is such a lovely person who makes sure that your visit is nothing other than perfect. I had beautiful conversations, ate fruits with her and got to love her dog. I would return every time. Pura vida, Katia!

No 2 star hotel- as hostel/guesthouse good!

On our round trip we made 2 nights stopover in Puerto Jimenez to visit the Corcovado National Park from there.
First of all: the rooms & bathroom were really very clean and the owner nice and helpful BUT mE is by no means a 2 star hotel but rather a hostel. In the room (which are separated by thin walls and you can really hear everything) there is no safe, no fridge and the TV was screwed off/not available. The outdoor facilities are unfortunately very unkempt / chaotic and far away from the pictures on the Internet. The pool has milky water & the best years behind it and there are no loungers (unfortunately just uncomfortable chairs!) Shared kitchen is a big mess...
For a short stop (Corcovado is really worth it!) with the right expectations certainly not bad but we would probably not come back.

Nice and quiet place. Super well attended and safe as a solo traveler!

Katya and Kailey made me feel at home and helped me a lot with recommendations, Kailey even took me for a walk with Jamaica (Katya’s super sweet bitch) around town to get to know the place. They make wonderful teas with plants from the garden, which is visited by beautiful birds. The hotel is nice, safe, and very quiet. It is also in an excellent location. Thank you so much for everything!!

Ideal small place to stay

We stayed here for two nights before heading along the coast. The rooms was lovely , comfy beds, a great shower and good A/C that had to work hard! The owners were super helpful with pointing us in the right direction for the beach, good restaurants and sorting transfers out for us. A really nice area to sit outside in the sultry air as well!
Although it does call itself a hotel , it offers no dining, even breakfast, this is totally fine as there are loads of options super close but if you are expecting a hotel it is more of a guest house.
